About Rocco

Rocco is a small boy but has a big personality! He takes his time getting to know people but once they give him the space to come around on his own, he is their best friend for life! In the home, he adores his toys: big ones, small ones, fluffy ones, ones that squeak, all of them! He will play fetch all day if he could. Rocco also loves to have a cuddle with his favourite people. On his walk, he's happy to potter around and have a sniff, play fetch or roll around in the sand. He's happy to see dogs out and about but doesn't like them getting too close to his face. Because Rocco is so adorable, it can be hard for people to give him the space he needs, so he's looking for a family who will give him the space he needs until he's ready to be friends. He will need an adult only home with only one or two occupants as it takes time to get to know him and a few meets in the rehoming centre followed by some home visits. Rocco handlers in the centre will be happy to give his new family all the advice they need on training for his forever home!
