About Phinneas

Phinneas is a very clever and sweet little collie. He is a young boy and has a lot of growing to do, especially in his confidence building. He picks up new things quickly, especially when treats are involved. He loves toys, his favourite being soft teddies! Phinneas just needs someone with patience and understanding to go slow with him and to help guide him into the best version of himself. Experience with his breed is a bonus but a family who would be willing to learn and help fulfil his needs will be amazing for him! He hasnt had the easiest start to life, but he responds well to positive reinforcement training that his carers will be happy to show you during his meets. Phinneas creates very strong bonds with his people so would benefit from having someone home often with him in the beginning. He loves to be the centre of attention and would suit an adult only home where he is the only pet. Training with Phinneas is endlessly rewarding and nothing compares to winning over a nervous little dog who needs a chance!
