Cuddle and chill time

Sometimes, all you dog needs is a little lie down time with their favourite person –  you! 

Sit down somewhere comfy and see if they want to come over to you for a cuddle session, whether that's in bed, on the couch, or even on the floor. Always make sure your dog has space to move away if they want to and never try to pet them when they're in their bed – that's their spot and it's just for them!

While some dogs love attention and affection, it's important to remember not all dogs do, or your dog might not feel like it at the time. That's why it's important for us to understand their body language.
